A script is the written text for a production. It includes the dialogue, instructions for actors, camera angles and scene descriptions. Scripts are important because they provide a clear structure and direction for the actors, crew and other team members.
The location recce was useful as it gave me and the actors who were presented in my video knew where I would be filming and a heads-up if there were certain appliances available like toilets or so.
I found the shot list useful and helpful for myself as this allowed me to have my shots organised so it doesn't confuse me and so I knew what I was doing. I feel like this is one of the most helpful and useful documents.

Here are my storyboards I drew to help me visualise how my video is going to look because although I had my shot list it's also good to see on paper in your drawings how the video could potentially turn out.
The risk assessment involves identifying and evaluating potential risks and hazards associated with a production. It helps ensure the safety of cast, crew and equipment. It is important because it helps protect the well-being of everyone involved in the production.
Equipment booking is important because it ensures that the necessary equipment is available and ready to use during production. Filling this out is useful because it allows you to plan and schedule the use of specific equipment.
A shooting schedule in media is a detailed plan that outlines when and where each scene of production will be filmed. Its important because it helps the production run smoothly and efficiently.
A video log sheet is a document used to keep track of the details of every shot captured during filming. Its important because it helps editors identify the best takes quickly and keeps the post production process organised
